As part of the 85th International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad, awards have been traditionally presented for the best agricultural products in different categories.

A huge charity event called “Topli dinar” (“Warm Dinar”) organized by the supermarket chain PerSu, and supported by Victoriaoil, a Victoria Group member company, has been completed.

On August 17, in Šid, Victoriaoil, a Victoria Group member company, gathered the representatives of 20 of the largest animal feed factories in Serbia to promote the meal production program from its assortment. The main focus was on the high-protein sunflower meal and its application in feed formulations for different categories of farm animals.

The Provincial Secretary of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, Vuk Radojević, visited Victoriaoil, a Victoria Group member company, during his tour through the municipality of Šid on June 27. The delegation of the ministry was received by the General Director of the company, Srđan Popov.

Last year, Victoriaoil entered the Chinese market, and this year the breakthrough is continued with the Iskon sunflower oil.

The Victoriaoil union organized a blood donation campaign, with the support of its employer. Apart from employees at the Šid factory, employees from other Victoria Group member companies joined the cause.

This year, Victoriaoil, a Victoria Group member company, was once again awarded the “golden rose” for product quality at the 23rd General BH ZEPS Fair 2016 that was held from October 4 to 8 in Zenica. In the category of food products, ISKON refined sunflower oil was awarded the “Ruža ZEPS” gold medal for quality, for the seventh time.

According to the consolidated business results in the period from September 2014 to August 2015, the so-called agricultural year, Victoria Group achieved more than EUR 380 million in sales revenue, a 15% increase compared to the previous agricultural year. An increase was also achieved both in the sales on domestic and foreign markets, while export generated over 40% of sales revenue.

Sunflower oil from the Victoriaoil factory, a member of the Victoria Group, was awarded another gold medal for quality at the Novi Sad Fair in the category of edible oils. This award is given within the framework of a product quality assessment, which is traditionally organized during the International Agricultural Fair. This year, the Fair is held from May 9 to May 15.

The Second international fair and the conference on renewable energy sources, RENEXPO Western Balkans, was held in Belgrade on April 22 and 23. On Friday, February 27, Victoriaoil, in cooperation with the Independent Trade Union, organized a blood donation event in which 34 employees of Victoriaoil participated, and the employees of member companies, Sojaprotein and Fertil, joined them.

After a month-long competition in preparing ajvar and "crossing mixing spoons" throughout Serbia, at the event "Show me the jar", organized by the BašTaMašta association, in yesterday's big final in Belgrade, the best of the 13 teams that won in the cities from Subotica to Vranje, was selected.

Iskon oil received the prestigious ’Superior Taste Award’ established by ITQI - International Taste and Quality Institute, as the leading European organization dedicated to testing and promoting superior food and drink from all over the world.

A meeting attended by the delegation of the Independent Association of Serbian Farmers, the director of the Industrijsko Bilje Business Association and oil industry representatives – the companies Victoria Group, Dijamant and Banat, was held at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management on 5 March 2014.

Victoriaoil, a member company of Victoria Group, was presented with St. Sava plaquette by the Serbian society St. Sava for culture and arts from Šid, which traditionally awards meritorious individuals and companies. St.Sava plaquette is an accolade established in 2000. Victoriaoil received it for donations made to this organization during the past years.
