- Edible refined sunflower oil
- Edible refined soybean oil
- Edible refined rapeseed oil
- Edible refined mixed vegetable oil
- Partially refined soybean oil
Refined edible oils are obtained through a physical refinement process comprising 4 stages:
- Deacidification with deodorisation
Refined sunflower oil goes through 4 stages because of the wax content it contains, whereas refined oils produced from other plant crops as the raw material (soybean, rapeseed) go through the entire process minus the dewaxing stage.
All refined oils made by the Victoriaoil factory have less than 5% PPM phosphorus, less than 1.0% free fatty acids (FFS) and less than 0.01% moisture, which are just some of the properties that guarantee the high quality of our products.
Partially refined oil is also part of our production range which goes through a degumming, neutralisation and bleaching process; and as such is used to produce biodiesel or as a raw material for obtaining margarine and vegetable fat.
