I began working in the Victoriaoil factory in 2007, as an operator in production, in the edible oil Refinery and Biodiesel Plant.

The plant is automated and modern and the entire process is monitored by computer which is in turn supervised by the production shift leader, while my colleagues and I are responsible for ensuring the working order of the devices and machinery, visually supervising their operation and checking hygiene in the plant. Since this is a specific job, where in certain parts of the plant there are hazardous materials, we have our own appropriate protective equipment and clothing which we use to avoid injuries at work. The company pays strict attention to the safety and health of employees, so we go for check-ups two times a year. The working conditions are good, and we, the operators, and the management staff have a professional attitude towards work.
